Dates halwa without sugar-Healthy snack for babies over 7 months

Dates Rava halwa:


  1. Dates-3 to 4 nos
  2. rava-1/4 cup
  3. salt-a pinch
  4. water-1/2 cup
  5. Gee

Step 1:

Deseed dates and mash it with water and grind it in a mixie/blender.Filter the dates water and discard the solid part and keep the syrup.



Step 2:

Pour a little gee in the vessel and roast the rava/sooji


Step 3:

Add a pinch of salt,water and the dates syrup


Let it cook till it comes to the baby food consistency.


Serve it to your baby.


I am sure your little one will love it and it is healthy.
